築地日本料理

There are a lot of restaurants in Island Beverley shopping centre. I have tried a few before but haven't been to this Japanese restaurant. We ordered three different rices, one grilled eel rice, one mixed sashimi rice and one beef rice in stone pot. Also I ordered the Purple yam croquette with chestnut and pumpkin ice cream, which were my favourite dishes! We walked in at 8pm and they still had seats for us. Portion was large and price was very reasonable. They served various drinks too, I would recommend the homemade lychee wine! 做好日本菜一字記之曰味。厚燒牛脷用上最嫩的芯位燒前先在室溫解凍待水份揮發後燒出來的牛舌做外焦內柔。厚切鵝肝雙蛋飯是一大驚喜如果怕吃得太多可選擇叫半份。

とん用漢字寫出來就是「豚」開宗名義以吉列豬扒為主打。難得的是吉列外層香而鬆脆卻不油也不膩內層的豬肉嫩滑得入口即溶而吉列蝦更是炸物也吃得出鮮蝦味。
